This makes me want to run to the gym, I went for a 40 minute light jog the other day and felt like collapsing, my thighs and body are screaming at me and I feel like my Heart was saying 'girl what the hell are you playing at!' lol... so I'm going to break it up with one hour walks and jogging the 2nd day after cos I NEED to look like this come next month :D
